Ktima Velli<\/strong> is a place with deep roots<\/strong> in tradition<\/strong>, authenticity<\/strong>, and hospitality<\/strong>. A venue created with passion and love for nature \u2014 a traditional private village<\/strong>, filled with the images<\/strong>, flavors<\/strong>, and aromas<\/strong> of the Mediterranean.<\/p>

Since the early 1970s<\/strong>, the estate served as the family\u2019s country retreat<\/strong>, gradually evolving into a small ecosystem of natural living. The chapel of Saint Nicholas<\/strong>, dedicated to the patron saint of sailors, bears the ship\u2019s bell from the family\u2019s cargo-passenger vessel that sailed between Greece, England, and the Holy Lands under Gartwood Constantine Lines (1960)<\/strong>. Meanwhile, the chapel of Panagitsa<\/strong> is built using stone from an old chapel on the family\u2019s estate in Andros.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
