Our story
Ktima Velli is a place with deep roots in tradition, authenticity, and hospitality. A venue created with passion and love for nature — a traditional private village, filled with the images, flavors, and aromas of the Mediterranean.
Since the early 1970s, the estate served as the family’s country retreat, gradually evolving into a small ecosystem of natural living. In 1999, it was transformed into an exclusive event venue, becoming one of the most distinctive event destinations in Attica.

An Estate with a Tradition of Hospitality
Every corner of Ktima Velli has a story to tell.
At the heart of the estate stand the centuries-old olive trees—a symbol of fertility, peace, and wisdom—embracing the landscape and creating an atmosphere of serenity.
The chapel of Saint Nicholas, dedicated to the patron saint of sailors, bears the ship’s bell from the family’s cargo-passenger vessel that sailed between Greece, England, and the Holy Lands under Gartwood Constantine Lines (1960). Meanwhile, the chapel of Panagitsa is built using stone from an old chapel on the family’s estate in Andros.
The estate features carefully crafted stone buildings, traditional courtyards, monastic-style buffets, and beautifully landscaped areas that harmoniously blend classic aesthetics with modern functionality.
